MagnaAngemon was capable of beating certain megas, but just think of what Angemon's mega, Seraphimon, could have done if given the proper chance. Season 4 didn't count because...he was beaten by Dark Reflection, basically his own attack sent back at him. He would have finished black wargreymon(a very powerful mega digimon) if he didn't destroy the destiny stone. Some people keep saying that he's a mega-digimon, but he is not a mega digimon.
