atomofish ::: Favorites This game is damned impressive for 1991. 07-07-06 18:49:12 _____________________________________________________
walter0bz ::: Favorites nice, but I wonder if Irem saw this and contemplated making a side-scrolling shooter with a power-meter, and several blobs that follow your ship replicating firepower inplace of "the force" 07-06-08 19:54:04 _____________________________________________________
yajirobesama ::: Favorites You should do a speedrun of this sometime. Also I must point out that Xexex is also now ported to the PlayStation Portable under the Salamander Portable compilation in Japan. 07-02-11 22:55:07 _____________________________________________________
dljosef ::: Favorites All you get is one life? that's pretty low, but as long you can continue as many times in this game as you like, at least I can forgive that one-life thing. 06-12-15 17:39:22 _____________________________________________________
gtrnbm ::: Favorites Well, you see... instead of the usual 3 lives, you get a lifebar in this game. Instead of dying after one hit, you keep going until you lose all your health... then you are prompted to put in a continue. In some ways... this setup is more forgiving. In others, it's not... since you can easily lose it all in one go. The Japanese version of the cabinet used the standard 3 lives, one-hit death, checkpoint system, and also had a lot of weapons this version doesn't. 07-01-06 16:42:52 _____________________________________________________
dljosef ::: Favorites Oh, I see. Anyways, at least either version of this game is more forgiving than Haunted Castle. In that game, all you get is three credits, the enemies deal a LOT of damage, and you're forced to use a credit if you fall into a pit (that's only in version M of the western version). It's true the Japanese version is easier, but it's still a hard game no matter how you cut it. 07-01-06 17:35:20 _____________________________________________________
Akutare ::: Favorites XeXeX awesomeness. I'd liek to See Life Force or even Gradius IV. 06-12-08 23:42:34 _____________________________________________________
retr0dreaming ::: Favorites I play this now and again reminds me of r-type on lsd :) 06-12-07 06:19:05 _____________________________________________________

moffstarr ::: Favorites yes i agree, looks lush , was intense game to play too 06-12-06 20:23:28 _____________________________________________________
RocMegamanX ::: Favorites If only I can get this whole "video and audio drivers thing" under control...I could play this!!! 06-12-06 01:44:52 _____________________________________________________ |
