I've trained Muay Thai for 4 months like 6~7 months ago and i wasn`t very good back than too ... The recomendation about another punch back is correct . A longer Punch back would have done much better job for the low kicks but the money was the leading factor when i've made the choice . You are obviously going pro , i'm going fun . If I was you I would get a trainer since you need a lot of work in your muy thai stance and punching/kicking. Also get a muy thai bag so you can throw better kicks and your bag wont fly all over the place. __________________________________________________ | |
