The Constitution is a living document, and these are desperate times. We give this money anyway, eventually, whether in a bailout on loans, an intervention in a genocide, or in lost revenue from defaults on trade agreements. The path that our nation is on, I feel, is certainly leading to our destruction. We are losing our freedoms slowly but surely. Once that happens you can rest assured that those in power will have no interest in helping your cause.
